KiuKiu (pronounced QQ) is a Taiwanese term for a uniquely chewy, bouncy texture- the kind you'll find in mochi, boba, and rice cakes. In a sentence, "Mmm, these pancakes are sooo kiukiu!"

How to use: Mix is ready in 5 minutes! Just add butter/oil, eggs, and milk (or dairy free and vegan alternatives). Use as pancake or waffle mix. Freeze leftovers- they are excellent re-toasted for a quick snack!
